Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all quotation and invoice details before confirmation. Pictures are for reference only; actual products may vary. Shipping costs are estimates only and subject to final confirmation.
Order Confirmation
By replying “Confirmed” via email, message, or by signing this document, the customer acknowledges that they have read, reviewed, and agreed to all details stated in the quotation or invoice, including but not limited to product specifications, quantity, pricing, quality requirements, and more importantly, terms and conditions.
Binding Agreement
Once the order is confirmed or signed, the order becomes final and binding. No cancellation, modification, or refund will be accepted after confirmation unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
Sample Policy
If the customer requires a factory sample, the sample cost and shipping fee must be fully paid by the customer before the sample is produced and shipped.
Quality Issues
In the event of a verified factory-related quality issue, we will coordinate with the factory to repair, replace, or correct the issue where possible. Cash refunds will not be provided. If the issue cannot be resolved, store credit may be issued at our discretion. If products must be returned from another country to China, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and related expenses until the goods are successfully delivered to our warehouse in China.
